Uploaded new scans of issues 9 and 11 of NAUG AppleWorks Forum, replacing the older low-resolution files. Scanned and posted PDFs for previously-missing issues 10 and 12, and uploaded the updated whole-volume .zip archive. This completes the Volume 7 (1992) collection.
Rescanned AppleWorks Forum Vol. 7, Nos. 5 and 7 at 600 dpi grayscale and posted the new PDFs. Also, scanned and posted the previously unavailable Vol. 7 No. 8. The corresponding Volume 7 all-in-one .zip file has been updated with the new scans.
Scanned and posted Will Someone Please Tell Me What an Apple III Can Do? A Guide to Apple III Software. From the guide’s intro:
…a comprehensive guide to the more than 300 application software products available for the Apple Ill personal computer… The purpose of this guide is to give you a brief overview of software features, where to write or call for more information, and the manufacturers’ suggested retail price.
This edition was printed in September 1983.
Scanned and posted the Apple /// System Data Sheet.
I re-scanned the Apple /// Dimensions newsletters. The new PDFs weigh in at around 25 MB each, but they look a lot better than the original black and white files I did a few years back.
This is a newsletter produced by Apple that was introduced as part of the extensive Apple /// recall/upgrade program. Articles tended to focus on providing information to dealers and users about how to get their faulty computers replaced or upgraded, and to announce upcoming products. Much of the content consisted of “advertorial” and marketing propaganda, but there were some very informative technical pieces scattered throughout the newsletter’s run.
